Abstract The support of renewable energy to the bus voltage during grid fault period will cause failure action backup automatic switch (BPAS). Moreover, improper coordination and source supply lines in process BPAS operation lead asynchronous close a circuit breaker, which seriously threatens stable power system. To solve above problems, an optimal strategy applied remote is proposed this paper. Firstly, logic characteristics internal are analyzed. Secondly, mechanism breaker regional grids with sources Then, improve speed reliability BPAS, suitable proposed. avoid problem action, by monitoring low-frequency condition grid, accelerates loss shorten time BPAS. conditions optimized between lines.
